Robert Rowzee - Founder/CEO

Mr. Rowzee brings over 20 years of industry experience to SKELETON™ having worked with several eyewear companies in California dating back to the mid 80's. With over two decades of product development and design, his roles include setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company, leading the design team, and directing product development for all core product lines.

Mr. Rowzee is an avid outdoor enthusiast that enjoys hiking and camping in the Colorado backcountry. He enjoys developing products that improve and enhance the outdoor experience.

Bruce Victor - Co-Founder & Partner

Mr. Victor's career spans over 30 years in the High Technology space having worked with several oil and gas companies worldwide dating back to the mid 80's. Mr. Victor has decades of product development and design experience in mold making and complex technology challenges.

Paul Dudley- Executive Vice President & Partner

Leading SKELETON's East Coast operations, Paul brings a rare blend of success in premium eyewear design, manufacturing & distribution. Before joining Skeleton Paul oversaw all US business for a renowned frame factory in Northern Italy where he trained and later collaborated on mold development for new styles. In addition, Paul managed a sourcing advisory group that matched high profile brands with ideal manufacturing solutions for their custom projects. With expertise in the action sport, tactical and waterman sectors Paul has launched sunglass collections for famous clothing labels, Nascar teams, the US Military, celebrities and pro athletes. A Miami Native, Paul & family are known to indulge frequently in the perks of living in the sunshine state.
